So how has the world treated you this year? Somehow the upcoming holidays reminded me of Blade of Darkness. Time to relax and play some bod perhaps? And besides isn't there something particularly xmassy about BoD? Like those wintery ice cold levels such as Fortress of Nemrut or fugitive 3 where snow...
Good to know that the project is still going on. It will a great thing to play the final installement of Fugitive Saga. And when you are about to release it, maybe some pc-magazine like Pc-gamer would be intrested in writing an a news piece about Fugitive series.
Merry xmas which just went by and a happy new year 2018 that is just around the corner! :) Something to think about: Rebel Act Studios opened in 1996. Severance the blade of darkness which ended up being their only successfull title, was released in february 2001 in both USA and EU-regions. In Spain...
Like I wrote in the other thread here. No matter how busy life gets, I try to make time for my yearly bod & fugitive series rerun! So I always keep returning here during this time of year.
Xmas already went, but Happy new year 2017 everyone. #Bodforver
How is it going Prospero? :) Hopefully you keep modding bod. I have a yearly tradition: Play bod through once and then play fugitive series through. Even though life has gotten a lot more hectic than back when bod was released by rebel act, i still make room for my yearly bod marathon. :) It is a th...
Great mod! It really makes playing the Dwarf more fun! And its not unbalancing or out of character at all, infact all the new four combat moves suit perfectly to his fighting style. ALmost like they were meant to be. Plus I haven't noticed any bugs or glitches either, so its very stable and does exa...
Now thats a tough poll... I orginally played Sargon first and I really like his backstory. He feels also the most balanced character of all four. And he fits perfectly to the image of Ianna's champions, a knight of light against darkness/evil, a chosen one etc :) I really like playing him because he...
I was thinking of opening a thread about the subject here, but it seems you guys already know about this. Anyhow I just rebought myself a digital copy of Bod from GoG. No need for a disc anymore and the digital edition is compatible with newer pcs.
Lord of the rings: A war in the north looks quite promissing. The combat in the videos feels quite similar to blade of darkness: deadly, brutal and somewhat tactical. It has a certain a realistic vibe which most similar games lack. In any case I'd recommand watching the show and conclude yourselves ...
I'm currently reinstalling bod on my pc. Yesterday I stumbled on this site once again. Its been a while, but this place still feels like a home :) Its great how BOD community stands strong in the storms of time :) New games come and go, but bod remains as a king of fantasy action games. There still ...
Oh if you tried 1.7x already, I fear that there is not that much difference. Minor tweaks mostly. I just feel that cp made chacter progression so much more intresting and worthwhile compared to pre 1.7x. Have you played "Risen" already? I belive it is developed by piranha bytes and it is like gothic...
