Well, if we ignored the costs of doing a quality port to other platforms, it'd stand. But even porting a game to another platform (with maintaining the same quality) costs $$, and it might not worth it in the end...

The current game supports any engine I attach to it, and this applies to every engine, not just the rendering (so the 3D) engines. Well, I for one never ever had that problem - eve if I had the amulet with myself (usually got that first). I don't think they'd be related, but who knows. :) Never tried it, as I never got this problem...

We're still busy working on it. :) It has now departed from Quake2 though - I found Quake2 be too old and weak for the desires I had, so I just started to make a new game from scratch. I know my main site is a bit out of date, I will try to do something about that...

Drakan is using Surreal's very own RIOT engine. Just because they are both 3rd camera games, they don't have to share the engine...

Well... that means the game designers made a scene to show off their and the game's skills.

That scene means a wartok hits a wood thing and the half hill crumbles on him. Don't look for a deeper meaning. ;)
