I may be wrong, but I reckon the original light armour is on the wrong shoulder. If he were right-handed (which he is) he would present his left side to an opponent in a fighting stance.

Thanks Tomash! I´m trying to release this faster possible. New pics with fixed parts.

Pro, I think like you, the armour is placed in wrong shoulder.

Fixed armour position:

Amazon medium armour: (Added AmzSkin1 Boots) (Thanks to charly for the skin, looks much better)

Image

Dwarf Light Armour: (Fixed model with complete beard)

Pro

Can you said me your values of lightning? because I can´t know how to see the images after. Thanks.

Any suggestion for a helmet? Maybe "casblade"?

I use Irfanview (free). It's got a nice gamma increase facility. Just slide it up until it looks right.

You can also correct blue screenshots with it.[8D]

Hi charly! [:D]

I don´t be a expert. xD You only need "edit mesh" and "attach". [:D]

I try to create the Skull headed dark knight but the model has the same mesh error that original.

Image

You can see when you has front the model appears without back. [xx(] I´ll try to fix this.

P.S. Pro, this image seem better? I don´t know how you see, because I see good with my navegator. [:(]

Still a bit dark IG, but better than before. [:)]

The problem with the DK mesh is that you have exposed a part that usually only faces out. The back of the poly wil not render as you can only texture one side. The only way to fix this is to build extra faces using the same vertices. A very fiddly job.

One way of swapping heads is to use code. Basically, after creation, move the knight to a known location. Remove his existing head with the SeverLimb(1) command. Place new head (you could use the Skull model here) in correct place on the decapitated body. Link the new head to he knight. Return him to his original positon.
I've done this with the Knight Head and Amazon Head models on Traitor Knight models and it works fine (on NPCs at least). You need to use the EBrowser to align the knight and new head. Very fine adjustments are needed. But once you get the coords, you can use them for as many knights as you like.

*Chopping the head off this way won't make a hole in the mesh as the mutilations mesh will fill the gaps.
In fact you might be able to chop a few polys off the Mutilations group to fill the gaps.....

NWN meshes are easier to work with as they are all in separate parts. The RAS meshes are contiguous.

Hi charly! [:)]

Yeah! I use 3D to do this! not code. [:D]

It´s possible to do the three models. You can do this in 15-20 minutes!

I´ll post a simple tutorial to make new models with "editing and attaching" original ones. [:)]

I made a few variations of that guy. When he gets angry, the skull goes on fire and he spits flames [:)]
