Can anyone tell me how can i enter the head-looking-building in the NW of Surdana?
And what is that anyway?

There is a strange building! You have to figfh some bone dragons to reach it! it is on a island! There is snow all around!
it's an area in the North-West(in the upper-lefh corner of the map) of the map of Surdana?
I can see that you don't where is it so you certainly don't what is that and how to open it!

I know what you mean; go see Jade, she will give you a sidequest and then you will be able to go inside it. If I remember rightly, you can only do this sidequest when you have completed some of the others.

Where can I find the Helm for the blacksmith in Surdana?

the helm is in shadowmire and toadfist is whereing it. And jade is the lady who sells spells to you. she lives in a tower.

before you get that sidequest from jade you have to complete the monastery sidequest...

Jade is the sorceress who defeats the spy for you in the beginning her tower is at the top of a hill next to the city of surdana
