Bow of Speed

Hey did anyone else find this in the Shadow mire? Its my sixth time playing and its the first time i found it.
And is there anything special about it, it didnt seem any faster to me

I found this bow in the shadowmire I don't like it to well though it doesn't do very much damage

hmm... i never found that in my 2 times through. Maybe i just didnt look hard enough.
