Ok maybe I'm missing something! I cannot seem to be able to kill this Bonegrinder chap, he's the shaman you have to kill in order to get to ravenshold! If ya have the secret pleeeeze let me in on it [:D] Oh and please make it Mind numbingly simple so I can feel like an ideot lmao
I have all the cheats so I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or just not frying his bum enough [:p]

You have to destroy the blue crystals in the pillars around the room; they are making him invincible. He will chase you around whilst you destroy them so an invisibility potion might help if you hagve one.
