dragon strike

I can't find the dragon strike bow. I searched for it on this site and found someone say it was in a cave in shiverbean. what cave is it in? Is it the best bow?
POSSIBLE SPOILERS:
In Shiverbane you'll fight your way thru to the entrance of the cave you go into and get imprisoned. Just before the entrance, there's a cave off a path to the right (at least sixty feet from the cave entrance)... go in there, fight a spike-headed guy, and look for DragonStrike laying against some crates. It isn't the most powerful, but it's truly fantastic. Tremendous damage, and blows enemies to bits like Arokh's Sonic breath attack.
