I hope I'll enjoy it...By clicking on link to link...I find out that Psygnosis went bust? WTF??? Why are all the good companies going away?

Don't they know that Psygnosis is the reason the Playstation became popular in the first place? (Wipeout, etc.)

Oh well. I hope that if I like it I will be able to find it on an internet store. :)

Psygnois was bought by Sony, that's why the sequel to Drakan: Order of the Flame is on the Playstation2 only.
I wish it was for the PC as well, it was originally going to be on the PC but Sony wanted it exclusivley for their system.

Well, the last 3 sets of drivers haven't fixed it yet...

*sigh*

If you play Drakan regularly, OR Blade of Darkness, don't get a Radeon.

I've never even heard of the Radeon 7000.

Is it what's in laptops?

Either way, let me rephrase. If you play Drakan or Blade of Darkness regularly, DON'T get a Radeon 8500, when you are running Windows 98.

I'm partial to ATI, and not because they put their advertisements on women's torsos (gimme a break). No, the 7000 is a 32 MB card. It's cheap and I didn't want to put much money into my old pc.

Well I have both a Radeon and a Gforce2 card. ATI seems better dont know why. Its a VE with 32mb, twin view and the Gforce is a 7100, almost identical. I have it set at defaults and have never had any problems with any gaming, but then I run win98. That could be your problem, the OS.

If you need more help, http://www.bloodbound.net/axe/check out my site. then e-mail me.

Well, now that I'm running Windows XP, the demo runs like a dream...

Compared to what I was seeing before, lol.. I never saw the title screen.. just some random background...

It seems like a very good game. Granted, I only played the demo for five minutes or so... There appears to be many elements to the game unthought of my most modern companies.

Now if only I can find a place that sells it....
