Site admin contact details & password requirement enforcement

I have had to disable the contact admin form page due to spammers which I'm unable to stop. If you need to contact any of the site administrators please email web master at arokh's Lair. Net please ignore the spaces and replace the at with an @

Also for new users passwords must contain at least 6 characters, contain a mixture of numbers and letters and have at least one capital letter. More than three sequential numbers are also not allowed e.g Abc123456. If you are getting a message saying your password does not meet the requirements when registering it will be because of this.

Hint: it does also state this on the registration page.
