stuck at alwarren bellhammer

I'm playing the game and I just got the elemental amulet and the bellhammer. what am I suppose to do next ? I went back to Rimril but he just tells me to come back after I've completed my tasks...

You have encountered one of the 'known bugs' this can happen if you get the bellhammer before the amulet. Do you have an earlier save game?

the thing is I got the hammer in 2nd. I did the amulet quest first. my earliest save is right after getting the amulet

and another thing....I thing there is a place where you can get stuck.

I was doing the 6 crystal quest. I got the 1st and the 4th one, then I went down a hole and got the 5th and 6th. but then I wanted to go back to try and get the 2nd and 3rd crystal, but I couldn't go back up that hole...

As for the bug - you did do it 'correctly' so the bug should not have been triggered, I guess you have tried again from your save game? As for those crystals I don't think you have got stuck I can't remember exactly to tell you where to go but there is a walkthrough on the main site www.arokhslair.net

If you don't have an earlier save game I can upload one of mine so you won't have to start again from the beginning. Its best to keep multiple saves in case of problems like this.

I ended up noclipping through the door at Rimril's place and I'm gonna go on from there.

as for the crystals things. I must've walked around for a good 30 minutes without finding the way to go back to get crystal #2 & #3...Basically I was in the room with the pedestals thing where you need to put the 6 crystals. the only exits where the barrier, and back through that hole I came down from earlier....oh well, I guess I missed something

That's one way of doing it. If you have the bellhammer then you should be able to continue with the game OK.

this game really need a blocking feature . because even on easy difficulty some of the monsters do a lot of damage....espescially those goddamn fire knights

Wait till you get to the lightning spear knights in later levels... Tip; make sure you have a good bow and arrows.

I just finished the game. I didn't encounter any other bugs.....and those lightning knights were easy. once you get close to them the only thing they do is turn invisible for a few seconds....not like those fire knights and their damn fire wave thing

No, I'm afraid not. The link on my page originally linked to the now defunct planetdrakan site - The only other site that hosts levels in Russia does not appear to have it either. When this site was originally put together my disk space was limited so I only hosted a limited number of files but now that I have 10Gb to play with I can host all files. Dragonmect V3 was not one of the files I have stored on my computer and Zeoc appears to have removed it from his web page.

Update: If you look at the download links on the review page, mine (UK) is V2 the Russian link is V1 - I think. V3 was only available from Zeoc's site.

I might have it on an old archive somewhere; Ill have a look and if I find it I will upload unless anyone else can upload it in the meantime.

I did try a few single player levesl but it's crash, crash, crash....the game just keeps randomly crashing. it usually says that engine has stopped working, etc...so I guess I'm done

Yes, Drakan can crash on some systems it has a lot to do with various settings. If you wanted to go further with it a common problem is that A3D is enabled in engine options - this needs to be off and also EAX if you don't have a supported sound card.

I still have very intermittent crashes like you describe - the game worked fine on my old PC's before this one, all of which were running Windows XP or Windows 2000. Since purchasing a Windows 7 PC I have had all the problems people have had here but have found solutions to most of them. Also there is our 'unofficial' modders who have improved the game and fixed some bugs such as the Alwarren bug.
